I discovered another website offering the same contacts for $50 cheaper, but they refused to match the price, even though I could show them the competitor's listing. Their reasoning was that I found the other site through a Google search. It seems they'd rather let a customer walk away than live up to what their name suggests—'Best Price Contacts.' So, don’t count on getting the best deal from 'Best Price Contacts.'

I waited a whole 10 business days for my order to be shipped, but it never went out. They charged my credit card right away, though. I got a bunch of excuses about why my order was stuck. Ended up canceling it and went with another supplier. That order shipped the very next day.

I placed an order for contacts on November 27th, and here we are on October 20th, still waiting for them. I've gotten emails saying they've been delivered, but that's not the case. I reached out to customer service, and they haven't even received the shipment yet, citing a system update from their supplier. They mentioned I should expect them around the 22nd, and they upgraded my shipping to 3-day USPS. So, if you're thinking of ordering, give it at least a month. The price is fantastic, but honestly, just order ahead of time.

The lowest price contacts are a total scam since they claimed they were out of stock, making me wait for them to restock. Seriously, order from anyone else but them. I had to give at least one star to post this, but they really deserve zero stars.

Another week went by with no word, so I filed a dispute with Paypal. Just three days later, they reached out with shipping details from Canada. When I tracked it, I found out they hadn’t even processed my order until I opened the Paypal dispute. It took over a month, but I eventually received my lenses. Then my wife decided to order contacts from them because they had the best price. They were supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. After two weeks, she asked me to check in. I couldn’t believe we fell for the same trick again. I filed my claim with Paypal today, so I expect they’ll be ignoring my emails soon. STAY AWAY - THESE ARE SCAMMER RATS! AND IF YOU GAVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, YOU BETTER CANCEL THAT CARD RIGHT AWAY!

I got a damaged contact lens and requested a refund. They turned me down since I didn’t keep the box it came in. I told them I had recycled it ages ago, but they just kept repeating themselves. They insisted on the numbers from the box that I didn’t have anymore. In the end, I had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charges for the whole order. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

My prescription was misread, which held up my order. When I pointed it out, they informed me it would take an additional 3 to 5 business days to get my order sorted.

This website offers fantastic deals! Unlike other places, they don’t hit you with a processing fee. I really liked the free shipping option. It took roughly a week for my order to arrive, but that’s not too shabby! Everything was right with my order, and I’m happy!

They’re not honest about when the contacts will be shipped. I’m still waiting on them, and nothing has been sent my way. It’s been 10 days already!!!

This place is fantastic! I saved over half the cost compared to where I usually get my prescription! $42.90 for a pack of 6 contacts, instead of $105. It took a little while since they weren’t in stock and had to come from Canada, but I received them in under 3 weeks. What’s there to complain about? (Especially considering we’re in the midst of a pandemic, and that DeJoy guy messed up USPS as we knew it... these are shipped via USPS) If you run into any issues, just hit them up through chat during their hours, and they’ll help you out. I’m never ordering from anywhere else again!

I placed my order on February 3rd and opted for express shipping, which should've taken just 3 to 4 days. Here we are on the 14th, and I still haven't received anything. I reached out to customer service, but all they did was throw out excuses instead of owning up and fixing the issue.

The rep I talked to mentioned that the item I wanted was 'non stock' and that it would take them a bit longer to get it. This info wasn’t anywhere on the site when I made my purchase. If I had known it would take two to three weeks, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from them. I'm still in the dark about when those contacts will actually arrive.
