I found a competitor site that was $50 less for the same contacts and they would not honor the price, eventhough I was able to go to the competitor site to show the price. The excuse was that I went the the competitor site from a google search. They would rather lose a customer than do as their company name and site boast--"Best Price Contacts". Don't expect the best price from "Best Price Contacts"

Waited 10 working days for my order to ship. Didn't happen. They charged my credit card immediately. All sorts of excuses as to why my order didn't ship. Cancelled order and ordered from another supplier. Order shipped next day.

Ordered contacts the 27th of November it is now oct 20th and still have yet to receive them
Have received emails that its been delivered and it hasn't
Chatted with cust serv and they haven't even rec them yet... claiming system update from their supplier
And they should get them around the 22nd upgrading my shipping to 3day usps
So you better give it at least a month if your gunna order... price is great but well... just order early

I ordered contacts from them sent them the presciption and was sent the wrong contacts spoke with someone over the phone who said they will not charge me a restocking fee and would give me a full refund then come to find out they did not credit me a full refund spoke with someone who said the reason they dint give me all my money back because they have $10.00 ordering charge that fee should have been waived and they should have gave me back my full refund lowest price contacts are a RIP off because they said they were out of stock so I had to wait for them to get back in stock order from anybody but them. I had to give a star in order to write review but they deserve soooo stars

Ordered from here twice (2nd time by accidnent). They operate out of the UNITED STATES apparently. 1st order was supposed to ship free with 5-7 days del time. After 2 weeks and no email responses besides the original order confirmation, I finally got through on the phone. When I asked about my order they said it was backordered and needed to be filled direct through the manufacturer, but that it was shipped and I should receive them soon. I waited another week no responses so filed with Paypal. 3 days later they contacted me with shipping information from Canada. When I tracked it they didn't even process the order until the Paypal dispute. Eventually got my lenses took over a month. Then my wife ordered contacts from them because they were the lowest price. Supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks she asked me to follow up. I couldn't believe we made the same mistake of ordering from these scammers again. I filed my claim with Paypal today so I guess they may anger my emails in the nest couple of days. STAY AWAY - THESE ARE SCAMMER RATS! AND GOD HELP YOU IF YOU GAVE YOUR CC INFO - ID CANCEL THAT CARD IMMEDIATELY

I received a damaged contact lens and asked for a refund. They refused to do it because I no longer had the box that the lens came in. I explained that I had long ago recycled the box, but they were like a broken record. They wanted the numbers on the box that I no longer had. I finally contacted my CC company to reverse the charges for the entire order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They did not read my prescription correctly and delayed my order. When I brought it to their attention they said it was gonna be another 3 to 5 business days before they could process my order.

This site has such great prices! They also don't charge you a processing fee like other sites do. I appreciated the free shipping. It took about a week to get to me but that really isn't bad! My order was correct and I am pleased!

They lie about when they will ship contacts. I still have not received them and they haven’t sent them. It has been 10 days!!!

This place is awesome! I saved more than half of the price of the place that I got my prescription from! $42.90 for a box of 6 contacts, vs $105. It took a bit, because they were not a stocked item, AND coming from Canada, but I got them in less than 3 weeks. What's NOT to be happy about? (ESPECIALLY, since we ARE in the middle of a pandemic, and trump's toadey DeJoy killed the USPS as we knew it...these ship through usps) If you have a problem, just contact them through chat during their chat hours, and they'll put your mind at ease. I'm never going to order anywhere else again!

I've ordered on the 3rd of February and paid for express delivery which is supposed to be 3 to 4 days.
Today is the 14th and nothing here yet.
I had a chat with customer service and they're just giving excuses instead of apologizing and trying to make things right.

The agent I spoke with mentioned something about the item that I ordered being "non stock" and that it takes them a few extra days to get it.
This information was not mentioned anywhere when I ordered, had I known this from the beginning and that it will take two to three weeks I wouldn't have ordered from here.
I still have no clue when I am getting the contacts that I ordered.

Ordered contacts on 1/18, was told 5-7 days to receive. It will actually take closer to 20 days to receive, which is ridiculous. I have never had this long of a delivery time from any other company I've ordered contacts through. If you need contacts within a week to 14 days I would not use this site!

I ordered contacts 6 weeks ago and they have not arrived. USPS has obviously lost them but won't own up to it. (They haven't been scanned by the mail system in 3 weeks). Lowest Price Contacts will offer me no solution except to either keep waiting for the package or to pay for a new one. I've exchanged countless emails with them in which they have acted completely non-concerned, unapologetic, and have been reluctant to offer any help whatsoever.

Rolling into 2021 I just placed another order and as always my contacts arrived very quickly, were well packaged, communication was professional, and my contacts are exactly as expected.
